Terra Group formed in 2001, with the ambition to evolve the Miami landscape and the lives of the people within it. Terra Group’s founder, Pedro Martin, has spent his entire professional life in South Florida, subsequently recognizing the opportunity to enrich and invigorate Miami by creating truly original, exceptional spaces in unexpected places.

The firm has quickly gained a reputation for creating highly original, high-end residential, commercial and mixed-used projects.

The Related Group

Since its inception more than 30 years ago, The Related Group has built and/or managed more than 80,000 apartments and condominium residences with a portfolio worth more than $16 Billion. The secret to Related’s success lies in an approach that embraces amazing architectural and interior design, one of a kind art installations and irreplaceable project locations.

Founded in 1975 by Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas and partners, the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) has since become one of the world’s most respected architectural and urban design firms. In 2000, Koolhaas received the Pritzker Architecture Prize—the industry’s most prestigious award. The company has offices in Rotterdam, New York, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Doha.

Practice in New York is led by Shohei Shigematsu, who joined the company in 1998 and became a partner in 2008. Projects under his leadership, include the Milstein Hall at Cornell University, the National Beaux Arts Museum in Quebec City, and the Faena Arts Center in Miami Beach.
